Brandon’s advice for agents looking to expand their personal umbrella policy placements is straightforward: just ask. “If a client is already meeting high underlying liability limits on auto or home, ask the question: ‘Would you like me to look at an umbrella policy?’” he advises. “We live in a sue-happy society, so having the right coverage is critical.”
Beyond the Office: Family, Golf, and Girl Scout Cookies
When Brandon isn’t helping clients, he’s busy with his four young children and enjoys spending time on the golf course. “Right now, we’re in the peak of Girl Scout cookie season,” he laughs, highlighting another important family commitment.
Brandon’s introduction to Monoline came through a close friend and client who requested Monoline for his umbrella policy. "At the time, I hadn’t heard of Monoline, so I got introduced to Jared. That was before Monoline even officially launched. I believed in what they were building, and I’ve been promoting them ever since. Outside of the big companies here in Arizona, I think I may have been one of the first agencies to write a Monoline policy in Arizona," he adds proudly.
